About the Role

As a member of our Commercial and Customer Experience Team, your primary responsibility will be to manage incoming leads for our English-speaking markets. Your mission is to drive business growth and sales, focusing primarily on our B2B customers, and ensure a outstanding customer experience across all communication channels. Your daily tasks will include: 

  • Efficiently responding to customer inquiries with high knowledge of our products and services. 
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints with a focus on finding satisfactory solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction. 
  • Processing orders and assisting customers with basic design and image management tasks. 
  • Demonstrate expertise and calculating on and follow up on quotes. (Don’t worry, you will soon be an expert on signs)
  • Engaging in needs analysis, retention programs, up-selling, cross-selling, and identifying twin customers. 
  • Utilizing data-driven decision-making to analyze customer behavior and sales trends, driving business growth and departmental development. 
  • Reporting on progress towards our goals and actively contributing to cross-functional collaborations.

In addition, you will maintain a strong customer-centric focus and align your daily activities with both company and department strategies. You will work collaboratively with the team to achieve various goals, analyze and report on operational sales trends, and continuously improve processes and working methods to drive departmental development.

As a person, you thrive in an ever-evolving organization. You are self-driven, capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team. You have earlier experience in digital tools, you are comfortable communicating with customers via phone and email. You possess a natural ability to understand and empathize with the customer's perspective, constantly seeking innovative ways to connect and foster and building new relationships. 

You have an eye for detail, practice humility, and are goal oriented. You approach challenges with a solution-focused mindset, motivated by teamwork to achieve collective goals. Recognizing the significance of delivering a top-notch customer experience, you prioritize maintaining a genuine customer-centric approach.

We know that you have a minimum of 2 years of prior experience in Customer Service/Support or Sales. Ideally, you have worked in an e-commerce or similar digital sales environment. You can communicate exemplary in both written and spoken English. Being comfortable with Swedish or having any other language skills is also an advantage but not a criterion!
